We understand that life happens—and plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your pickup will be refunded minus a $25 scheduling fee.
- No Refund: If our team arrives at your location and the job is canceled or cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. no access, incorrect information, or no items ready), we reserve the right to retain the full booking deposit.
Add-ons and Custom Jobs: Once approved and performed, custom work and add-on services are non-refundable.
Need to reschedule? No problem. You can reschedule your pickup online up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
